Wherever and whenever possible we send the same cleaner to your property on each visit to give you peace of mind and to ensure your desired routine is clearly established, quickly and efficiently. We value our staff, and that attitude reflects to the end client.
What happens if you make an enquiry?
I Karen, the business owner will arrange to meet with you at the property at a mutually convenient time. Together we would walk around the property and discuss the scope of work. I would then provide you with a verbal quotation which if required could be followed up by a written one.
I encourage you to see other companies to make sure that the ‘fit’ is right for you. We understand that this is an important decision and it has to ‘feel right’ for you.
All products, cloths and equipment are supplied by the client. You will have done a risk assessment on what products work for your family and for your home. You will know that the cloths we use in your home haven’t been used anywhere else and that the vacuum cleaner hasn’t rolled over anyone else’s grubby floor.
We kindly request that you, as the client, provide enough cloths i.e. 2 cloths per area to avoid cross contamination of germs. We will leave the used cloths in an agreed area and kindly request that you wash them before our next visit.
If you decide to engage our services then we would firm up the arrangements and access details. Careful Care cleaning has key insurance and client keys are not identified in anyway.
Initial deep clean
You may choose to begin your regular domestic cleaning with an initial deep clean to get you started – and here we can get right down to the nitty gritty! Those jobs that we all put off can be completed before your weekly cleaning service begins.
Weekly cleans
We would firm up property visits and regularity arrangements with approximate timings for arrival. We would have agreed a tailored schedule of the scope of work adding in our ability to or make autonomous decisions based on previous visits and the way you and your family live.
Fortnightly cleans
We understand that for some people, having a cleaner in the home every week isn’t ideal – whether it’s not financially viable or convenient or that you simply prefer to have less frequent cleans… so our fortnightly service acts as the perfect alternative.
Client led cleans
It may be that you have decided on a budget and you would prioritise an order of jobs to be tackled during that allocated time. Or simply that some rooms don’t get cleaned as regularly. You set the parameters.
